Cocktails

Old Aztec

2 oz Cuestión Reposado, 0.5 oz habanero simple syrup, 2 dashes chocolate bitters. Stir and serve over fresh ice in an old fashioned glass. Garnish with an orange peel after spritzing the essential oils into the cocktail.

Tenochtitlan

2 oz Cuestión Blanco, 1 barspoon simple syrup, 1 barspooon maraschino liqueur, 2 dashes Angostura bitters, 2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters. Stir and serve straight up with a lemon twist garnish after spritzing the essential oils into the cocktail.

Italian Margarita

2 oz Cuestión Blanco, 1 oz amaretto, .75 oz lime juice. Shake well and strain over new ice in a double old-fashioned glass. Top with pineapple juice and give a quick stir.

Cuestion'd Daisy

2 oz Cuestión Blanco, 3/4 oz lime juice, 3/4 oz grenadine. Shaken and topped with soda water. Served straight up in a coup.
